Executive Coaching: Executive Coaching is available in one of three forms:

1. 1 on 1 Executive Coaching: We work directly with a leader or manager, typically for 3 months to a year.

2. Coaching Skills for managers: We train leaders in the basic coaching skills, so that they may add coaching as another leadership and management skill

3. Follow-on Coaching: We coach soft skill workshop participants, particularly after the workshop, to assist them to translate new learnings into real, on the job changed behaviours and practices.

Coaching is offered as a wrap around to all Sail7Cs corporate learning programs to ground and help in translating learning into business results.
