Executive Coaching: Executive Coaching is available in one of three forms:

1. One on one Executive Coaching: We work directly with a leader or manager, typically for 3 to 12 months.

2. Coaching Skills for managers: We train leaders in basic coaching skills, so that they may draw upon coaching as another leadership and management skill.

3. Follow-on Coaching: We coach workshop participants, particularly after the workshop, to assist them to translate and sustain new learnings into real, on the job behaviours and practices.

Coaching is offered as a wrap around to all Sail7Cs corporate learning programs to ground and help in translating learning into business results.
